--- Round 1 ---

1 Giants *TRADE* QB Eli Manning - Mississippi

The Giants will Trade for Manning mostly becausethe Chargers would rater hve Phillip Rivers then Manning.

2 Raiders OT Robert Gallery - Iowa

With Mike Williams ineligable for the Draft the Raider will go with Gallery.

3 Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald - Pittsburgh

Dennis Green has a History with Fitzgerald, and he may be the best Player in the Draft.

4 Chargers *TRADE* QB Phillip Rivers - NC St.

The Chargers really like Rivers, andeven though he is a late First Round Type QB they take him at because they like him so much.

(NOTE: Giants Traded #4 Overall Pick and #34 to Chargers for #1 Overall Pick)

5 Redskins S Sean Taylor - Miami

Now that Terrell Owens is in the Division the Skins will need to improve their Secondary.

6 Lions TE Kellen Winslow - Miami

The Lions will put a great Offense on the field in 2004 and hope they can do enough to cancel out the average Defense and win.

7 Browns WR Roy Williams - Texas

Northcute wants out of Cleveland and Garcia is going to need a Wideout.

8 Falcons DT Vince Wilfork - Miami

The Falcons will be playing a 4-3 next season and as of right now they have no dominate DT.

9 Jaguars WR Lee Evens -Wisconsin

Evens stock has rising alot lately and it helps that Mike Wiliams was declared ineligable. Also Big Play WR to go with Leftwhich and Taylor to make an explosive Offense.

10 Texans CB DeAngelo Hall - Virginia Tech

The Texans Picked up Robaire Smith in Free Agency so Udeze is no longer the likely pick here. Look for them to go for the Defensive Backfield.

11 Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger - Miami (OH)

Steelers will never win with Maddox at QB, so time to upgrade. And the Steelers Defense is still good enough to win.

12 Vikings *TRADE* DE Kenechi Undeze - Southern California

Maybe the Best DE in the Draft and the Vikings need one to join Hoven on that D-Line.

13 Bills OT Shawn Andrews - Arkansas

Will the Bills Finally put an O-Line around Drew Bledsoe?

14 Bears DT Tommie Harris - Oklahoma

Picked up Jones in Free Agency so will not go for a RB in the 1st Round and after Trading away Ted washington last offseason Brian Urlacher's production went down so the Bears will try to get a pick man for the D-Line to free up Urlacher.

15 Buccaneers DT Randy Starks - Maryland

They need to replace Sapp in the Middle of that D-Line.

16 49ers WR Reggie Williams - Washington

The 49ers need to replace both Streets and T.O.

17 Broncos DE Will Smith - Ohio St.

Looking for D-Line and a Pass Rusher is Key. Will Smith could be considered a steal at #17.

18 Saints LB DJ Williams - Miami

Saints have not had great Linebackers in Years.

19 Jets *TRADE* CB Dunta Robinson - South Carolina

A very underrated CB in this Draft. He may be a great and the Jets need one to compete in the pass happy AFC East and AFC overall.

(Note: Jets traded #12 to Vikings for #19 and #50)

20 Dolphins OG Vernon Carey - Miami

The Dolphins lost Wade and could not pickup Woody so they need O-Line help and Carey will become a solid starter.

21 Patriots CB Chris Gamble - Ohio St.

Now that the Patriots Traded for Dillon they can go with Chris Gamble, one of the Best CBs in the Draft and this move gives the Patriots the option of Trading Ty Law.

22 Eagles *TRADE* RB Steven Jackson - Oregon St.

The Eagles really need a Runignback an Dallas liks Chris Perry more hen Jackson so this Trade is Easy.

23 Seahawks DT Igor Olshansky - Oregon

Had a poor D-Line last Season, helped the DE with Free Agent Winstrom and will Draft help inside and they will go with the Rising Star in Igor and he is a Home Town Boy too.

24 Bengals DE Antwan Odom - Alabama

The Bengals want help on the D-Line so this Pick is easy.

25 Packers CB Derrick Strait - Oklahoma

Strait's stock is rising in what may be the Best group of Rookie CB ever.

26 Rams DE Jason Babin - Wstern Michigan

After losing Winstrom the Rams need a Pass Rushing End and Babin is a Rising Stock in the Draft.

27 Titans DT Darnell Docket - Florida St.

This D-Lineman's Stock is rising and the Titans really need help on the D-Line.

28 Cowboys *TRADE* RB Chris Perry - Michigan

It has been rumored the Cowboys really like Perry and they were able to Trade down and Pick up a 2nd Round Pick and still get him.

(NOTE: Eagles Trade #28 and #58 to Cowboys for #22)

29 Colts LB Jon Vlima - Miami

The Colts really need a Playmaker at Linebacker and Vilma is the Guy. He may be the next great Middle Linebacker out of Miami following Ray Lewis.

30 Chiefs S Matt Ware - UCLA

A rising Safety in the Draft but still is probably an early 2nd round guy but at 30 the Chiefs should take a chance.

31 Panthers CB Will Poole - Southern California

If anyone saw Super Bowl XXXVIII they know the reason the Panthers lost was because the Patriots and Tom Brady threw all over them, so to win it all they are going to have to improve their Secondary.

32 Patriots LB Karlos Dansby - Aurburn

The Patriots have ageing Linebackers in Ted Johnson, Roman Phifer, and Willie McGinest so the opportunity to Draft a Ready for the NFL Linebacker who can play the 3-4 is to great to pass up.
